# WAFF Approved By The NSCA

Our courses in English can be taken for continuing education units as part of the NSCA recertification process.

Waff has recently become approved by the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) for all trainers, strength coaches, and other practitioners.

With the approval, all courses available through Waff Studio at [www.waffacademy.com](http://www.waffacademy.com) are now CEU-eligible. This means that all foundational Waff courses, including sport, golf, soccer, obesity, pregnancy fitness, and silver (senior fitness) can be taken for continuing education units as part of the NSCA recertification process.

This also represents a major step forward in sports performance, fitness training, injury prevention and rehabilitation as any type of proprioception training has been underrepresented or misrepresented in mainstream strength & conditioning literature.

In fact, a lack of mass adoption from the myriad of benefits from proprioception training is largely based around a lack of education, as well as poor examples available in the mainstream training community.

With this step forward, it also signals that THE major governing body for training recognizes the value of proprioception training as part of a greater workflow aimed at improving the health, longevity, and performance of athletes & individuals alike.
