The Waff Mini also produces responsive micro-movements that challenge proprioceptors (sensors in your nervous system) to properly engage core muscles at all times. Waff helps promote pain relief and undo the compressive forces associated with hockey. Results - and relief - are immediate and steadily build core muscle strength, including spinal erectors, frontline fascia, oblique slings, hip musculature, and more.
